Key Management
We can arrange key management for you, which means that we keep an (extra) key with us. Suppose someone forgets or loses their keys, or someone has locked themselves out, then we are here to solve this. If workmen need to be inside your home, we can also arrange this.
When your house has not been occupied for a while, it is a reassuring idea that a trusted person regularly visits to inspect the house inside and out.
For example, burglaries or bad weather conditions, resulting in water and/or storm damage, can also occur here. We provide clear digital photos and can repair or have it repaired in consultation with you.
We take care of :
- Regular inspection rounds in and around the home
- Check windows, doors, fences, alarm…
- Check water, electricity, lighting, gas Inspection
- round after storm and/or heavy rainfall
- Report any defects using digital photos
- Empty mailboxes
- Ventilate the house
- Flush sanitary
